 eLAAS replaces physical training, converting trainings using the P2E (Paper-to-Electronic) method, translating them into multiple languages, and managing compliance results – all while replacing expensive training programs that require travel, facilitation, and more.

The e-courses are hosted on a domain exclusive to you, which follows any data protection standards you need to adhere to. They’re accessible on any device – laptops, smartphones, and tablets – and available at any time for employees around the world.

We design our e-courses to be simple; we aim to keep them around to 30 minutes so employees stay engaged and retain knowledge. We cap off each e-course with a short test to monitor employee performance. Finally, we share those results with you regularly via automated reporting so your team never has to manually calculate compliance rates again.

 Many of our companies employ a workforce that doesn’t have email IDs. We overcome this barrier by using a system that distributes a unique identifier to a supervisor who then shares that login information with the employee.
